ACROSS THE POND

The term Across the Pond is often used to describe the distance spanning America to England, and vice versa. I used to hear the expression when I first came to America to tour with Acoustic Alchemy, and now as a transplant from London living in San Francisco I've come to incorporate the term in my own vocabulary.

I still have ties across the pond - family and friends, but having lived stateside for nearly a decade I now consider America my home. I have my own band here, the band that helped me make this album - the Terry Disley Experience, and I love them for being with me to realise a dream I've had for many years.
