UK pianist & composer Terry Disley has a rich musical history: an award for London’s Best Young Jazz Musician of the Year, appearances at London’s Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, opening for McCoy Tyner / Cedar Walton / Monty Alexander, opening for Bob Dylan in Tokyo with Dave Stewart (Eurythmics) & Terry Hall (Specials), playing at the Prince’s Trust concert at Wembley Arena with Dave Stewart, Candy Dulfer, Bootsy Collins & Bernie Worrell, playing rock stadium shows in Columbia with Roger Daltry (Who) & Dave Gilmore (Pink Floyd),  recording with Sir Paul McCartney, George Harrison (& playing at his home for his 52nd birthday), Tom Jones, Madness, Terry Hall, Van Morrison, Sir Mick Jagger, Bon Jovi, Bryan Ferry, Dave Stewart, Billy Bragg, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Hot Chocolate, Working Week, and Nolan Sisters; composing, recording & touring as an original member of Acoustic Alchemy (2 Grammy nominations) & playing on Film Scores, Inc. Showgirls, Beautiful Girls, The Ref & Crime Time (with Marianne Faithful).
